What’s the fastest way to get help?

Check our docs first. There you’ll find setup and configuration guides and basic troubleshooting. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, try the chat or email us at support@movebot.io and give us as much information as you can.

Who provides support?

We think quality support is essential for a good experience, so our support is never outsourced, and there’s no AI chatbots either. Instead, we put our most knowledgeable people on the support team and you’ll talk directly with them.

Is it possible to schedule a call with the support team?

Yes, but you’ll need to email us at support@movebot.io first. In many cases, our team can give you the solution quickly by email, but if that doesn’t work or the issue is more complex, they’ll send a link for you to schedule a call directly.

Do you require a demo or sales call?

No, you can get started on your own with no credit card or business email required. While it’s not required, you can still book a demo here.

Can I get onboarding?

We’ve focused on making Movebot as simple as possible and removed any hurdles to using it, so you can go ahead and try it free without restrictions or even a credit card. But if you still want onboarding or help with configurations you can email us and let us know.

We offer free optional onboarding for MSPs if you want help going through a migration and how to use exclusive MSP features.

How long does it take to get a response?

Normally you’ll get a response in about 6 hours. For MSPs on the MSP plan and anyone with the Premium Support add-on, we have a 30-minute SLA when you contact through the Premium Support channel.

What counts as an emergency?

System outages, security issues, and issues preventing transfers qualify as critical issues. If you have an urgent or critical issue get in touch with us at support@movebot.io
